Our peers you're hosed big time Mike may get on sports Radio One 057 FM the fan. Welcome into the market here in home improvement show on sports Radio One 057 a span. Mike figure once had my posts this week. He's been Bill Evans walk here or whoever owner of creative construction of Wisconsin bingo event great great and it's good to see you. That it's been on has been a great week the show last week it was just it was just awesome yeah awesome for us and then the weather. Especially we were not the smalls and like a blessing me mil might -- on a little bit OK okay T you know what Pete too busy. A couple years ago we would have taken that enjoy. Remember just a few years ago and we as it is only charge he performs if you are a coach out our special in studio guest. He's with the easiest window indoor solutions he's met Kaz went miscue to see you again a good morning great to see Isiah. It this weather for you it's you're open review. Little warmer right well you know I am a snowmobile dollars so this hole in early. Heartbreaker winter for me. You know it's been tough on the sofa chilling just like the second it is only worth a shot has been something else I've had to go up to the Q and up peninsula about 300 miles north to get myself million in this yourself. Mad at which would which had tried you have notion or do you have a this year yeah if you must know this more of a blog I had two inches inch and a half to intelligence or just enough for them up well yes it was good. But you know the smiled weather's been awesome for for window sales and we've been picking up and you know what a difference a week makes bingo Jackie said. When you don't with this weather way to what it does the people who three weeks ago may have thought. Now we have to get new windows right neck out warm and they thought well maybe not right the next couple and you know next at least today to Morse was fuel warmer I think. But see you know those are the people that are being reminded. Okay we we we set in January that were not going another winter with these windows kind of forgot about it because it's been warm now with this weather we need to get back at it. Right right in wiped out what were fine in what bingo alluded to from the show. There's been such a demand that for remodeling such a demand for people and there's really a labor shortage that oversee and throughout the industry that it's. It's really. Oh. They're getting the windows manufactured as no problem but actually get in the windows installed is a new in and people are bulking up in the summer already sell. Eighty and it's not because it takes that long to get through windows two felt it takes that one to get. And installed right right you know you're my customers are already art into the end of April and may further installations that there for we know that you sell now you're waiting that long just to get in their waiver schedule. One understand that if fearless in the showing you know that you know comes for you wanna change archer windows did is start that process now Wright started now because you're going to be. You know especially the company elected fans tell window adore solutions. Yeah if you wanna go with a company like them and memory to talk about them for the entire hour to really good company. He you're gonna be and into the spring before you get these windows dunce of some start make him throw in those appointments and go to that's. Right Olympia remedial sure in my today you know and it's. He say it's never too early to talk about it and at our showroom we have the fall line we art distributors we we don't sell retail but we sell to all builders. And he nary members. And here favored bill Vermont lower you know just bring a manner if you have a plan for new house. We ended their showroom is worth its worth going up there and as the biggest and cools currently has two open automatic that she was shot but the rain comes all. Automatically it's it's really neat now it's cool to have so somebody's haven't. And Serbs some a project on Vick and they can. Ask there'd their contractor specially if it's near remember he look I I heard this guy. I'm the show and these are the wind is I want you to install. Right right and you know and you can come to the show room and we can help you if you don't have a contractor if you're looking for windows we can help you you know. Couple with the right partner contractor see her get the job you need done so. A big guys we talked about the show last week kid and and we spent a number of weeks prior to the show you highlighting of promoting that. And and let's let me get your bureau your take on if it was a great show or not bingo. It was the greatest building Rachel there was a bigger shall we are ahead for vendors there. The racial distrust personally you know my son has raised turn air and had just changed everything for us Jack did yeah yet us. Yeah I feel horrible could seek him over and asked me sit haven before you leave make sure you see this thing I sit on well. I talked to a couple of people I had my sister's there I'd go to my car to get or something and our city just follow me out back to grab this warrior. And regular tour we chatted for awhile ago in my car and went to bass while practice downloads it's intact is still there of the you know there's a Marshal there this week and invited him but is there for the national. Excellent while I take it in outs seem soon I know. I'll have let me get a look at some cousins tired and in April it is really dirty fast yeah I'm happy home a real I've become watched it one day. You know that's and outstrip that of some out if you put his foot 80 let's start on that Thursday we did. We did a job fair. Near Milwaukee your job for height of that go for you guys that I show and that was pretty good luck he was as honest as much as we're saying they were begging for workers and second lap you push on top of that and I but the people who did show up. I would say a majority of them got hired. And we hired to ourselves well that's you know what that's the key you know I if we get. You know 200 people and only forty are actually really looking for work let's get the forty there. You know let's get those guys that wasted an out and if I remember a lot of you know of the notable people their. Traps. That's excellent guy that's the that's really good you prior to that. Then good for you so these guys. I don't think it if you listen a show you mirrored every week. But there it just about every company that comes and is looking for guys that are or women and and they're not just it's just an hour minimum wage all. Another great Doug jobs you can you can build a career I'm you know what I see an electrician. What they can make after a few years it's it's it's a great living. Now and out people should really look into the trade. You know that when we talked about this and and and I start by saying you look if you're willing to get your butt out at that. Get to work at 8 o'clock work hard till five Monday through Friday sometimes Saturday start out as a labor. Understand where you're going to be in three years I mean let's look at the plan right. And a deal I think these assets coming yours say look we get guys. And no show for week at that first paycheck we'll see you again right right and that's that's sad you here but there's a dinner. Yeah I know that the wishing guys were contending there Islam begin before and on Monday. So they're trying to get that done today and a league here's an idea the we and his heat player has great alumnus to obviate a paycheck. People never see that yet they're full gets turned off and and and they're grown. It it makes no sense to me when I'd I listen to the news and they say. You know unemployment and there's no jobs men their jobs everywhere you can I swing a dead right act. Without CN. Let you know somebody looking. And when you talk to people you know I've guard a lot of customers and a lot of friends in the industry and you know up until a couple of years ago you'd look at the cost of a new home to construct a new home and you and you can roughly figure 50% of that cost was going to be materials and 50% and that cost was going to be waiver. Well now if this labor shortage in and and things were at. That cost is about 70% labor in 30% material there's been a real paradigm switch because of that waiver. No shortage there's an you know increase in demand and the cost is going up according. Yet look if you're out of work and you don't want to be out of work anymore. Did the I would I would go to merry website. I would call an area office I would. Yeah there it they would welcome you with open arms right you're willing to work. And M like a Matt said it's a living wage you're gonna make enough money to live on. Ted Tate said raise a family to own a home. All the things that you think are unreachable for for worry you're out right now in your life either sit there wait now and yes I would highly recommend. Then he urinary web site is actually people polls confirm place walking Harry died or right that's for I would echo. He before get through break that we're gonna talk a lot lot of odd advanced was your door solutions and when and your website today. And big bold letters windows and doors are what we do you write it's what we do were window door experts for building professionals. On family owned company two great companies you love weren't. Yeah I'm Roy excited to spring Auburn family. Are the owners and in in the registry people who work for the that. Based company's been around for over a hundred years. I'm in the eighteen hundreds actually is when it started sellout. And in we're in the fifth generation of ownership and and were destroyed proud to be part of the their family of companies. But we are we are calm all we do is windows doors and skylights and coming Garner the days were you could pick from a catalog or kind of buy your. You know I gotta I gotta. Window sample and I catalog here you go let's pick collier hearted windows you know and I did that when I started in the industry it was real common thing to do at a lumber yard but. So many. You really need in there so much you look at the percentage or cost so much percentage of the project when Azeri wanna make sure you get the right. Right item. He did bagel fifth generation for the company workers as sound familiar Dan and all coming just like I don't know what her mother like about them as a straight in manager they're fairly business and stop these guys are soul. So conscious of what they're doing I mean malice tone early how many trees he plant gate. Well and that's and that's and that's our sorrow and what bingo was referring to you is Sierra Pacific windows and that's that stole one company that were real proud to distribute. And there are California based company but they are a family owned company in there and their fifth generation is well while. And and they've been a lumber and Timbers acquired their one of the largest landowners in the United States they own one point nine million acres. And of managed for slander and every you're they plant seven million trees which we just did the marathon and that's about 191100. And some trees a day every day so. I was always one guy and heard what gender can handle honesty yes let's hope so yeah he's he's working toward an eight hours a day right so this company and they did it they'd do molding. They do lumber timber. And they've done mill work in in the seventies they were making a work in more beans for window manufacturers and they decided why can't we make your own window company so they made a window factory in California in the early eighties. And they really became a really strong competitor. To Marvin and a lot of the major brands but they stuck primarily west of the Rockies they were regional window company. Me and you know 45 years ago that they were looking to grow the company. And they wanted to take the window brand nationally so they bought the heard facility in Medford Wisconsin and is really exciting and they they they kept all the waiver that was there they actually gave raises and better benefits right away hired a bunch of people. I'm just put an 80000 square foot addition impact it with a ton of technology in and a lot of neat devices in the really investing in Wisconsin so we're excited. In Medford first time in 25 years the second shift yeah I started it's a really awesome so when you talk about that's year Pacific window. It's based against this generation on California. But make it a difference here in our state. It is you know that people make these windows. You know pay income tax shear they spend their money here. It global economy school and the Internet school that you can get everything at your fingers through it but I really believe and the local economy. And keep in jobs in Wisconsin and that's which we're gonna grow us as a statement community. You're you guys sound you guys Kaelin number windows but each time that we've talked. That Sierra Pacific. Randy and Andy that's the point that you guys are really proud of and it wind when people come to your showroom you have those windows. Ready doomed to be seen towards her to be seen but that's that's one and you have some great brands. But this is the one that you really you really do sell and in and like. Yeah we you know we are is it we are distributors of Marvin and there are great another family owned company that it provides a great window and and and we do sell a lot of those in. We also sell some other companies like I am. Vector in final Kraft which makes some great by no windows. But really when you look at syrup Pacific and you look at the breath of their product. And and end the I'm quality throughout it's it's really impressive and and we are excited about it. He met before get too brief Q a chart on the little bit earlier in this segment about all of the different things that are available. You know used to be you have one sample and while the pro shirt saved by this window right how do you keep up with all that's. You know issue it's funny you say that as we always joke so we have a large showroom and it's almost up part time job for somebody just to keep up with that. Yesterday I just had a webinar. We're Marlins making a big change and I have I not only are showrooms but our customers show arms that we have to manage as well okay so just for this one change I have about twelve displays that I have to order on Monday. To keep up with that so it is a it is ought to keep up with but we keep it very current and we need to. He is Matt Diaz and he's with advanced window and door solutions. You can give them a call at 1806867267. Locate a 121 it's over spurn correct. Yes that's our corporate office are sure ms. just a bit west on Campbell drive and my nominee falls. And it's by appointment only so check us out on our website a wide stat is that AW ADS that BIZ. Beautiful while done let's get to break other said the break we'll continue our conversation. This week's goes bingo adamant he's the owner of creative construction Wisconsin in our special guests again Mack hasn't advanced window endorsed solutions. This is the marquee near home improvement show on sports Radio One 057 at them. The fans. You're listening to an airy home improvement show with big time Mike may giver and only on sports Radio One 057 FM the fan. Your question to lie and made 1057 FM the fan dot com. Oh welcome back to more canary hole is perfect show I am might be different plugs said bingo Emmons might pose this week more he near board member. Order creative construction of Wisconsin are special guest back guest and it danced a window and door solutions. He is extremely knowledgeable but toe windows and doors and but for your time with him it let's talk about the process if we can't if if from a consumer and I'm working with an -- remember. And I'm have been you know so remodeled done. An NI seeding every look I wanna talk about these winters what's the process than to see does that near remembered then come Qiyue does that did a consumer come do you. Either or we do it a lot to. Both ways quite honestly end and and we don't mind either way where you would what is Saddam. Did you peoples come sometimes sometimes they both comes a lot of times I'm depending on the project you know if it's new construction it's half and half it's remodeling most the time we want to get. We like to keep the contractor and the homeowner on the same page and come communication is key. And that's a bit effect on your website that's what you guys talk about. In effect my record that we believe the good communication process is best begun not by talking vote by listening our first question is more likely to be. What are you trying to achieve some what are you trying to body right and I like that I think you know that's my first question rookie pour it you know like. Try to make a one of my first question to know what is your plan with the home. When you do win when somebody when you when you're talking to somebody about windows in day and they say look we're it is. Or worry that we're not looking to spear a lot of expense in this home. And we want to make sure that what we have as far as windows not only book the past ranked but our part our our energy efficient in it right do what we want them to do. You've got a number of options for them but they win when they come in with a contractor. Together if if you can have everybody there in the same room there's some decision making can be done right. Any artist surprise system and shall be booking come in our showroom a new look and it's just overwhelming you see just a huge room. And if you go to our website you can check harder virtual tour you to check out you watch stud is right and you can look on the virtual tour of the showroom and check it out. I'm but it can be overwhelming in and you know and that's our job to connect. You know casts some loot kind of leading questions in a way to say hey. You know what is your plan of the home this is going to be a flip post for your shown it in two years or this is this is your dream house are going to be here for twenty years. And then we started talk about options. And you know it's some somewhere no manufacturers we ever have different options you know we're we're distributors of Marvin and integrity by Marvin and Marvin has got some crazy door technology out there now or you can do. A door that size six feet wide and twelve feet high her her door panel and it's a sliding door. They can slide into a pocket in in the wall. I can do all that at a push of a button with a remote control if you want it so the technology. Just like we see it and everything in the automation. It's really hitting the window industry. So we hope we hope people. Navigate through. You know what they want what they need what they like what they don't need in helping. This make a decision you know when went when people when there's so many choices sometimes that's really hard and consumer it is an end and where you're able to do by asking them a couple of questions. Is kinda narrow it down and narrow this this sea of you know different. For how harmful to the blinders on. And yes I think they like smoke as Slutskaya lets you know don't look at these don't worry about it we're just looking at these three windows here of the differences between them. And and and that's what we do and and and we're gonna keep in that go in and and helping customers decide you know that that being said though you know our average customer spends probably at least an hour in the showroom with us because there's a lot to see in a lot to learn you don't look I'm all right what education and are there. I'm on a monitor percent Irish in my final decisions I was may be there when I came over won't like that. And I don't have somebody to pull my blinders on the right keep focus here is unlike Homer Simpson break you know your your view there's fifteen different things and look at and you just shut down. Bright bright and I've had they known then there at another level of one electors if someone comes or could you learn about windows for the prom I have. That are young at some different options as chipotle is are dying to answers all that stuff. How do you. And he split into an owner well and that's the thing you know I just said that that hour and a half and and you know one of our things and I've always said for the year by not one when nor houseful windows the sales processes the same you know I have to educate you in an education is the key we won educated customer election know what your Bryan which you Guinean and you know what that option is that's gonna is gonna pay off for you who. I I know go about our different here it does register me as well personal information white. When you ban a window what should you be looking for. Well you know our course back so I go back to your naysayers so let me insulation value WM you know you don't hear people say well I had UP Windmills it leaks if you know are value right you do right. So while a couple of things when you when when you consider new windows really the glass and a lot of the new windows is really the same. So you're comparing you know you might say well there's a window for hundred dollars an owner for 600 dollars. And you're telling me they got almost the same glass. He they do. At and what the differences between them is all the framing what's in between the operation the weather stripping. Warranty is stuck you pay for all those things go into making a window. What I hope you do is decide which one of those is best very because we we carry some builders windows that are. How are related to because I want to cheapest when over the past politics but it's you know and the Heidi Heidi and you sell me so. You know we do is a lot of times we we go to a vinyl window if you're if you really want a great bang for your bark. The vinyl window as is sometimes the most. Cost effective window that we have out there. I'm but it has some great insulin values as well sell when you get a high performing vinyl when no that has great weather strip all the components act together. I'm you're gonna get some of that seemed performance that you would. In a wood clad window. And you're gonna save some money doing it. I'm you might racquet the lifespan out of that window that you would the would clad window. So you make it you know fifteen to twenty years out of that when note compared to thirty or forty years. But that could be it decision and I. 99 blame management fairway and it is is a time that patience that you were going in particular play and I would ask bingo our easy is it of is that how's your flippant. Or is it harder or stay for thirty years and you know I hate you your grandkids are coming over his if that's the case and you know we probably wouldn't wanna look at that. Relatively inexpensive vinyl window so when I was dream in this. You know our deal with these customers I say come on you you know. You put integrity windows in your house I'm Marvin this apartments kinda lower line you know these are beautiful homes on awakened double field and just watch what Marvin in this house c'mon you know spent 121000 dollars more and they it's a met you don't understand. I'm gonna sell this house and your I'm not gonna get a dime more for this house where there has Marvin or integrity unit they're gonna see nice windows it's a new house. It's going to be yet and the same holds true if you're gonna footballers. Right now yeah but if your if your plan and stay in there. You know then we need to tide then I think right other options and and there's probably different way that your unit. You're gonna have to go on the it's a way that EY it's a doubt this is the the website for advanced window endorse solutions. Big would be a tough Cust were women. You know I I just went off on a guy that. Pleasantries. With where that guy that didn't go over gonna five cents or for everything going as things got really sore arms you know wins three fingers yeah 33 earlier Celtic is. He's had if he's due and all those. Those windows he did tell us again if somebody wants comes you show Monday through Fridays by appointment only Korea at. Actually seven days a week it's by appointment only you know you make a disclaimer thus we've got a few sales people give us a call we're gonna come I mean some heated at 1 o'clock. Where were there from you know were they're often. So it's a great resource use it a more right and tile LEM a nominee false or right across from challenge Chris tell there's 21 century tile and another child place I calling now he cellar when you're making your selections for the rest your project c'mon you know check or suffer window sort. 1806867267. 1806867267. Let's get to break other said the break will continue our conversation met Kaz went allowing been doing this. The way a tough one T five plus grip so when we first started you think actually five years and arms now we. I found my agent yeah I you know my my oldest daughter just got her driver's license last week and that's freaking me out and I need to sell a lot. The whole thing that I've been in the industry this line you know like it's a fun ride in and we're enjoying it so. And nag at three grandsons of Lou across street from a nominal it's it it's. I had a guy in my show faith in zone. Who said had I known how cool was being grandfathers you apparently think that he's got that here and a and a lot of things here and easy Zach easy yeah and slowed I thought I was there last session with David Graham for us terribly or all right well you wait until he's ready for that keep watch and that that race cars that guys that you need to do. This is the walking near home improvement show hunt sports Radio One 057 FM. The fan. You're listening to an airy home improvement show with big time Mike may giver and only on sports Radio One 057 FM the fan. That was that was your question I had 4147991250. A welcome back the more he nearing home improvement show on sports Radio One 057 F from the fans. I'm Mike we your once said bingo Emmitt. Yarder creative construction of Wisconsin to Matt Moore can near report remember our special guest. Matt gets that advanced window and door solutions 25 years in this business rightly seen some changes man. We have it's amazing. You know the technology we're just and by the technology when I came in the industry for we thought we had afflict you did in this is the stuff you know we got through the energy prices of the seventies what we came out with in the eighties boy it was decorate and Stubbs never gonna change in its unbelievable just the changes in the last five years not to look at if you look back a 25 years as a hall it's unbelievable. Hey if somebody asked you what town. They're making a decision I'd like a double he played double Peter triple Brady big different. You know it is one heck I was just you know we were at that at the show last weekend and it was our first time at that nearly shelves you know we're since were supporting tier Pacific are really excited to introduce it. We're out there and work and we we asked got that question from a lot of folks out there and when I first started in this industry it was you know trip and Canada. Can't learn ours did trouble boys really pays right now and then it was well. Ten years ago was northern Wisconsin or sell you off your right hander and ours did it on some payoff Korea worst thirty or 40% more. You know and now they really saved. It technically central Illinois and further north you've got to pay off you'll see a pay off in the lives of those windows going to triple glazed with the energy save. And now the prices come down mertz only you know 1520%. More for your your windows and you'd would you so you would you recommend it to people if I guess 82 you know I do I do have yet been said it's surprising we still probably less than 5% of the the packages we sell our triple glaze straightened around people are still looking at the money. When you say it you know I always say he's it's easy for me to spend people's money Sarah hey bingo. Hey it's only five to 15% more of your money right. It's kinda finally get what you pay for it by totals he had those companies out there are legal holes for a couple grander something yeah I think I don't sell fingers right you know and I was just had a house to replace and some of those windows that are three years old in the customers had enough of them but. When you look in the newspaper and you can still get it it there's an ad in there 189 dollar per window. Anyway a as a Stucco contractor a little dwindles because he leak and urged Yancey and the guys and evaluate the cost of and it's like when it's Eagles and going up another call me up in a few years. Where and when the people you know people a different idea and that's a great point. Bingo that's you brought up about the windows leaking because. People have a different idea they think you know my old windows and my my hundred year old bung Gordon and marquis. You know either you weak arm but they we care you know and we know but there are right they're not rotten you know I will get a new window sometime and and that's fine when you have an in his inexpensive vinyl window allotted times. How they fail is they did begin a week water a lot of times into the wall beer helps. So it's not us earlier performance issue one. Hey Aaron Aaron told Trish numbers that water infiltration and where's that water going it can be creating a bigger problem in her home. And that's when you know you call them. Pago recalled during the attitude yeah Kerry and slowly quite another for years now spoke well they have cars that it gives Ohio and that our over there. He went Ed your targets but the show. What are most people coming up into what were they talking about with Tom but doors for the tumble windows combination. End in a follow up question on that. People do they understand that they can do two or three windows now when two or three windows later. Sure and I medical Ayman hitch your fellow first okay because that that question is. We've always done that way you know hey I've got thirty windows in my house can I grew pumped and I always say sure you know historically we know manufacturers. Have a three to 5% price increase in historically happens or on the first of January to the first of February every year. She can see if I give you a quote now for your whole host he can easily say well. I know that the next batch or kospi 5% more and maybe the last Boettcher cost me 10% more. And you can normally extrapolate the same for a waiver however we talked about that Weaver shortage earlier in the show. And what I'm fine in his contractors are charged in that you know that set up charge that the normally. You know four years ago five years ago and we're looking for work and work and for wages. You know you you just in charge that much for people are charging for their cut contractors to set up and were fighting there is an economy of scale. In the actual installation. So if you get the more you get done at one time the more you're gonna save on the installation yet. They meant that not tell you that he's actually right we'll have a Wii systems because the publicize over his 507 at the dollar seven card. Just to come to a job and set up so few and and you know what again where you said Matt is is really important that 34 years ago. You know that may not have been the case you guys were just looking for her diet or they're her right then and now because invade the everything's turned. And people are just doing what they need now they're do what they want right. The other part of that meant is through four years ago some of these companies had a let guys cope. Right so those guys who were displaced workers went and found other other work. And now you need him back. Right in a lot of them said to heck with that I I'm done with this industry I need to spur my family and I'm you know it was grim for a lot of years from all H two. You know fifteen ready sixteen that's a lot of years for a person to hang in that industry. The people who have survived in the people who you know gain momentum during that timer very strong but. He said a lot of people just said forget it I'm I want to go work at the factor arm and get out of this industry I'm going back to school doing whatever. Yup so people can't group on. Ramirez to keep making group that windows they can group on definitely an end understand that that you're gonna pay a little bit more down the role but if that's what you need to do if you can afford to do yet fifty winners you've Ford do five now. My recommendation. And five again in in September October right has your look at their pretty close to the same price right right and then the next five after Roy the most of you play came to the show the other. Last week or they ask you were is. So all there's some new trends out there and you know a lot of people were asking for when the replacements and in what you know things in the building industry seem to go in cycles. You know and arm would clad windows that's aluminum on the outside would on the inside. I'm have been a mainstay in the industry for a long time but we've we've seen a big trend towards vinyl windows just for their cost. In in a lot of new construction. The cost of the vinyl windows have made them or a predominant choice. However were starting to release your resurgence back to the aluminum clad in the wood windows. And now there's a real contemporary. Spin on things contemporaries big in. And the big hit now is black windows on the outside. Black painted wood interior. Black hardware and black screens to give that 1904 factory work you know that's contemporary now. They live a flat flat beer and you have like a matte black when hill went black hardware to make it look like an old steel window and people are putter and in their beautiful homes they just like you're a couple and Mac one and they've by moving from river west and now wanna remodel their new home and Mac one and they. Hey we want black windows and we find it more and more and more that that's the deal itself Sierra Pacific has made black as standard interior color that they do every day. Have they really he out. I used or she knows more more than it's an interest in turn you know I'm sure you know. The closer the big trend setters in the kind of work their way towards Milwaukee right and we'll she's so there are some trend setters now. Well we'll see how how it does here. Eccentricity cool I'll probably go it was. Really kind of trendy about a year ago road Al west and it's and it's making its way here. That's in -- team we're gonna get to break we have not spent nearly enough time. On tier Pacific. And I want do little bit more of that in the in the next segment because it really is in interest he company and you guys are really proud to it to to wrap this company. And we would not be doing our job if we didn't talk a little bit more about that company. That product and and the stuff that you guys you cells were advanced. Which we haven't talked at all about George Wallace talk about towards jerked it yeah they were do that the next time you command he's met has spent. If danced window door solutions go to. Webb said it's a wide eight debut EDS. Dot the is to check out their website this is the market here at home improvement show. On sports Radio One 057 FM the fan's. Welcome back to the Washington area home improvement show on sports pretty 1057 a from the fans. They solicit and I might we never once said Beagle Emmons Milwaukee -- board member owner of creative construction of Wisconsin. He's this week's cohost. And our special in studio guest Beck has been in fiesta window and door solutions we're talking during the break. Matt and we're talking about people that Ed at the near show last week. One of the things you guys were asked a lot about was patio porch. Yet you know and ends and sometimes we take it for granted being room in the window industry but when we see this year Pacific windows or Marvin windows or integrity windows. We mention any of these companies they all do you had your doors weather be a sliding door her swing indoor. And that's a really big. It seems like that's a really big item lately. It is some horses have nice would windows that still work but they got too old aluminum pad your door that they got to put afford against him. On a pry open or the screen has worked in years or. Maybe they got the trustee would stick in the bottom for their security plan. There's a lot of reasons why. People look at paddy or dollars. And it's a big industry there's a lot of gift. It used to be in this there's two different options and patio doors are and now others if there's just multiple options for you. It is amazing you know from. You know top songs screens too low profile sills. That contemporary that we talked about in that last segment that's come into was some some nice contemporary sleek hardware in this in the doors. I'm there's a lot of a lot of different options and think about it you know if your door six feet wide by six feet eight Paul. Six times seven that's about 42 square feet you've got up up a hole in your house basically of 42 square feet. He got some glass and they're rewarded doing the weather sure ball down and when you got that big panel that slides or whatever. It's very important to have a modern sliding down sealed its gonna operate in also operative that if. This and seems to me that the for a long time patio doors they they people. Thought twos and make sure that they're actual windows were energy efficient. But it kind of forgot catapult the patio door and and there's a lot of different things you can do with a company likes your Pacific. When it comes to making sure your patty durst not only you know energy efficient but safe correct. Right you know I'm one of the things that will find in. In and headed errors and and and swinging nurses is of Morse where we find this is multi part locking mechanisms and that's big in the industry. And you know I'm. I like him for the security but really. Security is a secondary benefit of all locks and windows and doors window and or companies need the locks on them so they hold tight and they make the performance grade so they they work and that wind chamber in that air chamber. And they can get the performance straights and oh yeah by the way they act they. The protector house right what are they doing different from black and when deals so what they're Jordan while and I endorsed basically there's. Generally when you have a swinging hinge story of the the three hinges on the one side. And then you shut it and it's just slashed in that senator point in the in the middle on the strike cider that left side which we call it. Door companies for for years naught had multi point blacks that. When you shut the door you have to raise the handle back up in that engages a ball that course or the top of the door into the frame and through the bottom of the door into the cell. And that really holds that door tight. Well sheer Pacific has taken this a bit further. And they've got a a really unique hardware system that. It clashes in three points but when you shut the door automatically engages in those three multi point auction are the lift they handle up to engage like you do and others it's an automatic three point liking system. Engages when you shut the door and it does engages when you open it and it and it really is I'm very very secure is very is well as performs excellent. You know you get the different sparking era when you talk about here Pacific and I know you club Marvin with all the other winners that you guys there's just the fact that are local. In that for Wisconsin which yet again they're they're giving back to do that loses stated was on. So everybody who makes this year Pacific windows were others their final. Are there they're aluminum card when no these are people working in Wisconsin they're paying income taxes they're buying stuff in Wisconsin. And their really given back content in making or stick for. He did they have you know you talk to ball more event. Windows you talked about integrity is a little bit of that until a bit more expensive points is the Sierra Pacific offer that is won't. Definitely and they've got a armed kind of a revolutionary window that. They've got the high and window they've got their vinyl window connect at the lower and that this middle arranges Calder H three window. In its a revolutionary window that it has aluminum quite on the outside it's got wood on the inside. With the mainframe. That's not seen when the windows installed that's made out of vinyl. And that stunned so it's a welded frame. It's water tight. I'm no weeks in your home there's no problem like that. And it also keeps the price down so you've got fifteen clad colors and how he sets or Pacific there innovating we just got word this week. Tom 75. Standard clad colors are common this way this spring while so it short from fifteen here and suddenly aside. You should placed on you had me so if you get up and down. And in this window. This does issue window is gonna really hit in that contemporary look too because it's got really thin sash Lions. It's great for new construction replacement so is that the window which year Pacific that age three when did he sell most of you then. Definitely definitely that is our mainstay was here Pacific in. The one that we're doing the most of her and it's it's really proven itself to be an excellent window going from fifty colors is 75. Were ordered our gonna manage the color change you know I may the pluses and its travel and salesmen you know I'm out about ten my minivans getting kind of fall. Were wondered how that Skinner out how we're gonna manage that. You'd have to get a truck lake Zach Gammons says India where those you can carry a lot of would do in that thing. He a couple of things real quick before got to get out. Anything new going on in there now the show is is done and know that people can. Take a little bit of a break and approach but while our film against Buehrle a lot of leads things admonish overall record with that but right come on up we do have about the tour come and tours coming up the rummage sales come and out there. Right lot of things and they once may come drowning we get back to doing stuff again on any classes that you're teaching and earning ascent started that again on Wednesday night's. And how's echo. It's Unger and yeah a new group of people talk is fun. Avery bringing apples and trying to you know non nicely put it up at it and you know now out of all through us and it's a good way to get to the free food period a good answer for quiz right and that's perfect but but hey I met it's always good to see you it's it did on the hour goes goes by fairly quick manner as your fighter is he enjoys worried just yet you really doesn't. No 1 o'clock you've got a meeting today have a good weekend. Again he wins EY it's got this excuse me a wise. Got this. For the Webb said advance window door solutions voiced.
