Yes good balance of that and to see that make your eyes that's good well if it's not fun to handle it. Yeah I agree he bingo show went well last week can Royals really and it was a good show I think. You know talking with some people. If you threw bought the very year prior. At dead dead you know we tried to go to part of why to me. Numbers drop from two years ago at stayed fair. And you know what I like most about that show it's not overwhelm me and it's not so crowded. That you feel like when you walk in a walk up to somebody's with you only house late. 45 seconds or two minutes it's content is or somebody else behind yet somebody NS idea. This post they're dish always just a little calmer not as many people. Com and it as this spring show. And you just feel like it's very comfortable. To stand at a Booth and talk to to when you guys for fifteen minutes if that's what. It feels like a little differently out there was kind of a local is Helio will no more welcoming. The ways the way we did that was well I mean the way it showed torn off promises are pretty much blocked. Mean and it took care any holes or we thought we had gallium is you begin a note there were pretty much looked. Well that's awesome it was I wanna think new aryan everybody for referred gave me more involved this year I was 03 days and it was interesting because I was in the little office June peanuts wins and the speaker in the eye the sound system there isn't the past. So I had it kinda go small. And then I'd go up on stage and induce people and and use my normal hey you're really doing are you doing. And it was kinda like I was. One person on stage one person back in. In in the office. People led the front office Mary people were unbelievable that I just I can't thank them enough it was really fun little list there are actually went here panel discussion period. Yeah that was. That was at the end of the day for me on Saturday and I was oh is. I didn't have a ton energy mad it was right at the end for me we're doing to do yourself disaster for you and neck visible. You have to really go and had a pretty good as pretty informal. Yeah here was it was fun and I think that's of people were looking for a certainly talked about creative construction enough so I mean that was disaster me trying to fix might. Kitchen ceiling and how what a mistake it was for me to try to do in my own. And they called you guys so yet takes thank you for everybody that showed up pace and pupil at Marion and the show itself was a great show so. Tracy let so let's talk a little bit about two about you if we can't you know we we I had ginned. I don't know couple months ago in what we didn't do I went back and listen to show is and we didn't last time talk about how you've got to where you're at. Were you grow up just kinda New York in the history of Tracy gross preach if we can. Com how you grow up were you grow up and and how you got into which you don't. Okay the trajectory is north and east okay Harry Seles I acre lot in. Ams central Kansas OK in a small town 25 country. I've churches 250 in my high school while you know everybody and town sure. From there my dad got transferred and graduated high school in Iowa outside to wind went to Iowa State. Got my counselor cyclones go cyclones. Might find bachelor of fine arts which on you know. Don't know I'd make it's the pats are fine arts but thanks mom yeah dance. He's gay you know you got the piece paper that was we Q yeah and then from there moved to Chicago. And my first week to work was my husband's. Not he was my husband had his last week a work. Like two ships you know crossing and try and eight years and a month later we got married we stayed in Illinois a four. About when he he's 191819. Years something like that and then we're appear and when I was in Illinois or for big architectural firms that's where it started. And then after my baby started coming opened my own business and trying to went from there. Paid the the transition from a small Tommy Kansas. To Iowa State to Chicago. That then that's a big step out menu you know of the Chicago for be ousted I was general manager period indoor soccer team in Chicago for a year. It was too fast for me. It was still it was too fest it was things were moving about too fast and and I. I'm just to go boy from Milwaukee this is where the want in Chicago it I'm was not from. What is in my twenties as Ali new and exciting and ideals the wonderful and all that stuff I mean. Damn might ask friend that I grew up with Alice two's going to be married ten more and has Dundee road so in Ireland when I was married at 23 only. Crud now I'm not road you know Rota I'm not rode up well. He'd win a high that you get from from Iowa State to a big arm designed Furman in Chicago. Just the end of we are due process yeah just. Lot of hard work of back in the day of. Researching companies at the library. And I think all the old and look at film and break all three search -- of people in this this studio that know what you're talking about some people listen in my. Yeah we needing to Brad getting public company. My resume was on a computer at the time because it was a word processors and that's all that computer thing was. And I would you know you pray not your cover letter in your print out your resume and you fall them. And you would put in an envelope and put a stamp on it and properly address it's not amid I don't know what old and we just. That it was the ninety's that's how you did and I just flooded it. I knew that I wanted to like I want until in Chicago I flooded that market with my resume. And then I also flooded. Dallas and then two in Saint Louis my brother lived in Saint Louis via Amtrak and I'll Tracy analysts. He'd what was is so it if if I can you walked in that first day I'm sure with with in your mind what this child was going to entail. And how you're gonna change the world. And I'm wondering. On the difference a year or you're into it at the difference between what it was really the reality of it and what she thought it was going then I think. Like most when he you're old designers or any twenty year old that's and they get tired because this was in their early ninety's so where in a recession. It was it was post. I am. Doug golf the first gulf rent breaks and where are session of the fact that I got a job and I didn't have to live in my parents' house I love you mom. And I that was the bus thing ever. No I really did so I was just you know I'm just happy to be invited and now completely sure right first year. Does giddy to be there and and to be asked back every week after a trip. My time she you know is doing anything bad in my ear just it's all new you're like a happy little puppy everything's new and exciting antagonists. So the next year I was ready to go from the I was more of that resource library and that's what. A lot of young designers are in large architectural firms you get to know all of the products in the materials and the vendors and that kind of thing and then you move up into. Getting in front of clients and drying more and back in the that time drying more meant. Actual and the orange bell on so you want to get away from the kids table right. I'm. Yeah yeah and how did. It's been a sumo venue you put pen to paper and you still not draw. I would think that after that rush of the of the first your year and a half. It's hard work man and in that market it's really very competitive it evoke a lot in this and you survived. Yes he trio it's it's it's a team environment working an architectural firm is a team environment you never I mean I never was like a solo percent. What's great about I'm being in that architectural design remodeling any building. Am field is that. On May be being a past work. I'm good yeah you you don't mind working well it is I've done some architecture drawing do you mind by time I get elevated coffee stains on and he's the government's. But as far as were working alone here at it inner come there if there are times said. You know you're on your own as a sales person you are owned kind of company. But you have this this incredible team that's with you when you need it. Saying now firm Fries for the my design and style staff overeat being Kate is that yet it's year project it's my bathroom project to design. But I know that someone's gonna. Look over the actual design with me hate is what do you think about this color Pallet verses that color Pallet do you think we should go this clear that Lee. How we gonna do houses gonna effect the price house back and that fact the price 'cause I'm ninety runs on a ten everything comes on the race. He went when numbers less question on animal personal side I think it's really important that we did this I think the first time you came in a little bit. I'm but it ticket support nip it in there when people are listening. If they're gonna call you an AVK I think we want to Philly in knowing you'll bet and I think so I think this segment is is it really important. Arm now when you win you win when you would have a twenty something person that's hired at evening K. If it's amazing to me. That they think. The way they do things now's the weights how was spent because that happens here and and I'm the old guy here so I get ripped on a lot because I don't really know how to put in Napa my phone some time. And they'll likely talk them out. And I'm like look I don't I can't really fear some of this stuff out and they're in big cheese grew up with this. I I'm wondering if if with your background. And and all you had to go through. And learn I think that that you're well ahead of people that don't have to do some of that stuff to John to what I'm asking. Mean he I don't I don't think well. I can tell you when I was on my Tony's. I didn't know when they didn't know right and that's the beauty of being your twenties and in most of the twenty year olds that I meet and it doesn't matter that now that I'm in my forties and I. The -- year old or when I was in the my thirty's the twenty year olds I was talking you know. Something about being in your twenties you're blissfully ignorant and that's it's a frustrating Lee beautiful thing. Yeah I agree that I haven't really grown out of that yet so I'm looking forward to grown out of that. Yeah I am I figured out what I don't know but that doesn't mean I'm nature yeah palate that. Perfect yeah I'm gonna use that. On the big runs through showed today because I've got a number of question for you and Ross good reducing quick updates for the holidays. Hide a refresher kitchen how to refresher bathroom and will do that with Tracy gross peach being up. You know they want to add to a Tracy is not just the person in this campaign is apply for a job with the B in case she's also a certify kitchen bathroom and color. There's only a few of us there coming a few of them that are actually certify. She's she's well she's well above should up Peerman Vigo was my teacher. Literate Ashe yeah she had a good teacher yes. I had the best teacher you know less time she was here she told me how she cheated on that final test. While we're at the relook at that. Now I shouldn't tell them they're awful behind him Christ look Quechua break adversary the break. Will continue our conversation. She's trees Tracy crow speech. EB and K good aid being Cade dot com for more information or you can call her. One of their locations. That she's normally I'd south hundred a street in Greenfield. 4143291882. This is the marquee near home improvement show on sports Radio One a 57 at them. The fans. You're listening to an airy home improvement show with big time Mike may giver and only on sports Radio One 057 FM the fan. I was over your questions at 4147991250. A welcome back to the marquee near home improvement show on sports pretty 1057 FM the fan. I might wee girl wants said bingo Emmons from creative construction Wisconsin. Our special guest in studio Tracy gross breach of eighteen K again go to. On their company and and we're trees he does. Tracey kid and accommodate we're gonna wait until 830. Segments talk about quick updates for the holidays is that that that's had great. Segment and I want people who died Q what you're ready fort. Because of the holidays come and you've got some great stuff on this that was about a what a month now and Thanksgiving month out the and then it's holiday season as we know and he got to go from Thanksgiving there. And yet herta all the toyland and stuff like that are open already open where we don't do anything with Halloween but Thanksgiving is pagan occurred obviously the Christmas season. So I'm gonna run through a couple questions that have for you and then again at 830 we're gonna do quick updates for the holidays. How is affordable about the kitchen a being key different from other remodeling companies in in your mind. I think it comes down to the people that you work west. Our sales team is somehow some of the bus designers and I'm the Milwaukee market place. We have I think we're won it I think we might be being most award winning. Firm for the Wisconsin are modeling awards N our marketplace. So there's that so we are award winning designers. But we work with you are homeowners are clients to figure out what and what do you want to afford. We know that everybody has big dreams right and we know that everybody has a budget you know soul worked with you it's not just all well here's your dream it's you know. 75000 dollars well I didn't wanna sunny 5000 dollars well nobody does Brett. What do you want us like how much you want Allen best and that's our own free will work back from there we can back into a design as well make you'd just as satisfied. Actually telling mark has not been -- nice. Hey we had just answered the second question and that move how much wind so many invests. Into their home. Did do they ask a lot what they what they should expect to get out of that if they were solid and I know of your Toma two different animals. Here's how much somebody if third the third thank him listen I wanna get dissent is almost sell my house and a year. Or people would say look I'm I'm wanna do this Palestinian mouse for at least five years in mice to gonna get my investment back. My answer is you're in I don't think you're ever gonna get a 100% of your investment back LSU. Are there for quite some time and by the time that at fifteen your ears are all around. Your project might be added eight rent these be repaired you know all these different factors come into play but there's I am. Remodeling magazine has cost verses value survey that they do every year they conduct it's a nationwide survey. This is a great tool that I use a lot when I top first am talking to homeowners. So in this survey it's in the as I said it's a nationwide survey of what is it average bathroom model what is a kitchen remodel what is a master suite what is replacing your front or. How much is that tend to cost your garage to our regrouping your house all those types of things. And then they I am have the average cost and then what you're gonna look at recouping in the next eighteen months. So that helps a lot. So it's a nationwide survey that has in the national averages and Ana has our regional averages which is that upper Great Lakes region. And then it drills down into the Milwaukee markets even see that for instance an at an average. Called bath round that is about eight feet wide eight or nine feet deep. A single sink toilet a tub shower I'm average in our marketplace it's right under 20000 dollars to remodel. And then you'd there's a little table goes across Nate. Nationwide it's I think it's an eight teams two or not all are my heart our marketplace is a little bit more expensive and it's not as expensive as an earn an Illinois. But it is more expensive and the national average. And it lets you know pay so you know here's my regional averages here's my national averages here's looking at what I can recoup in that. Next eighteen months when its advancing crates and from remodeling magazines agree tool in us and that's what you know I just wanted to focus on what is an average. Remodel a for a kitchen. My kitchen start at about thirty eat the 35000 dollars and that all depends on. The extent of their remodel what are we doing Harry taking out sockets are we moving plumbing mean also a single from really basic for smaller kitchen. At thirty and sometimes picking get into the twenties the mid twenty's if it's a smaller kitchen. I am and we're not doing. A lot of electrical work back and saying you know we've kind of altered the dream. You know we have a vision of what we want the room to look like but you know not everybody can afford everything new that you wish right you know like I really look like inevitable and the Porsche. And knowing the brink of an airplane I like when people relate thing about going kitchens and slow the LA you know and keep the sings and that's the from the same area it's kind of save some money all absolutely. That does essays a ton of money has an assist. For a plumber moon replaced verses every pipe. Where. Why would you want to get rid of the Rolls Royce in Provo I know right you think that hey would you would you do this stuff. How often we and we talked about you senior the house for a year you know stay in longer agent in place is so big right now hands in in in. Remodeling he do you talk about that with if somebody's in there in their mid forties. And are the early fifties. And they want to do remodel their kids your mother bat. If it's not the most comfortable subject to bring up because you know nobody wants talk about that. But you bring that up in and consider that as your looking at Dirk their plans. Absolutely so for any sent an example let's student base cabinets with George the pull all the way out let's not do corner cabinetry after crawl in to them because. I still make my fourteen world crown at the and for me because. He can get you know series and I get up off the floor. We re dinner cabinets. Carey night and the difference with having those two pullout compared to tried and crawled back there now is night and day. So it's really wonderful thing to have easily and it and it looked that you're going fours not chores and it's stories than do rollout Trace is anything they can bring all of that. Pots and pans or whatever is and that cabinet what are your starring in a can out to you know. Entries I have the wire rack closet entry in my house. And there's the back corners that are act and couldn't tell you how old that can both the factory didn't against the back there or elk and that's where things go to. Basically threw down yes yeah take in my older you don't wanna talk about that we target did you play Bledsoe. That's why you want to pantry that has the rollout shelves right those girl out trees where you can see to the back. Hey I am I had a question from somebody's urine Eric Tom what do what happens is these are T here are some of the Promos that we do. And they say could you ask somebody could you ask this. And so their dirt and that hurt her eyes were and they are going through this battle should they remodel. Or should they build a new home. Andy or by Newhall not built by a new home. So they're going through this whole she wants to stay she lakes neighborhood. He doesn't think our house is big enough for this family that's getting bigger she said look what's remodel and he's sandwiches put for new home. And she said I I I don't want that so her question use why should people remodel verse buying a new home to get what they want. In your. Past. That's a tough one. I think it comes down to your neighbor and your name you're neighbors and your neighborhood do you like that do you like your school district. How do you feel about relocating your kids if they our end you know school elementary middle or high school. On and then in this new home. You really gonna get everything you want that's geno when it you know many years into my third you might softer I'll. My answer to her was listen to the show and you'll hear Tracy. And you'll want to hire her and for the dreams that you have. You can have those done you can have those done when you're looking for all of your trying to find that dream where she can make the dream happen. Rate and you don't have the expense of movie ain't. Right closing costs the stress I mean it's cheap I'm school run all of that while remodeling hands are ready stressful. On our clients because having people in your home. It's it is stressful and not having a functioning kids Jen are you master bathroom. And you have to know about your master bed around and to the you know into the Castro or what what ever were doing in your house. You know it's inconvenient but. I guess if you can find that. 90% perfect house. And you have enough time. Capital working capital to be a living your existing house while your model the other house doesn't happen not to and right it does happen. That make you know. We can help you there but if you don't have all that capital to work went. Has all comes down it comes down to money it does and how long can you stretch that. And then if we're dialing your existing house. Your pain RD Baird obviously. And and hearing your school district and you have your neighbors see how you can like. Bet that you uncle Bob and dinner off and things like yeah I think have a motto if you have a great neighbor but I've agreed neighborhood love and I do nominee I'm Russell. My both location in the if you like the locations in there right only to location and then move. Hey that's all I would analyze. Before we get to break and we have to get to it do you get asked a lot calm and if people can get a copy for workers' compensation liability insurance certificate stuff like that. Set a quest you guys get a slot. You know we don't and we shut. But I can tell you that it goes into my closing packages nine times on attend because that's I had a client who is asking a lot of critical questions about the process. And the building process and that's another thing that makes AB he Greek company as our trades that we. Employee to work on your pride Jack's. They are great people that I would be happy have in my house any time. And incur great fantastic human beings that they only want to do one thing is to have you be happy with your project at the end of the day. It's awesome. He on let's hit to break other set of free quick updates for the holidays. Andy and I just think that this is a really could segment and I appreciate you bring in this on in with you because. Again were a month away so how do we update our our our kitchen and we updated or refresher bathroom. Arm to get it ready for the holidays and we'll talk to Tracy bout that. Go to EP NK dot com to get more information on trees he gross peach or giver call it 4143291. Eat eat too. I would recommend that started to take a tour that sure weren't. On a hundred nay it's right it's nice. It is a really nice been in their order under construction. 3636. Out of underneath street it'll look good by the holidays. It will hole yes maybe. I'm just that I. Hey I think I get to paint next week it is to recuperate by the holidays this is the marquee near home improvement show on sports Radio One 057 halftime. The fans. You're listening to the nary home improvement show with big time might make giver and only on sports Radio One 057 FM the fan. Your question to lie and made 1057 FM the fan dot com. This is the walking area home improvement show on sports pretty 1057 F from the fan but we're talking and baseball with Tracy grossed he keeps. You speak Cubs fan I used to be a Cubs season recovering Cubs fan. I was just reminiscing about the heart ache of being like a Cubs fan when things. Fall apart hopefully tonight everything's gonna go Chicago's way. But in that in the back of my soul. I remember in both I'm going to be around dark dark days I'm hadn't down that way. After after eight done on the air today friend of mine please and abandon he's. He be playing today at a place not far from Wrigley Field. And I'm looking for pat I'm not gonna where in Heber stuff but my hope Andy for Cubs fans are listening I apologized. But here's my hope. For reads it begin the playoffs my hope was Cleveland Indians and Cubs get a and so I've got a good shot at that and I hope the Cubs school 31. And Cleveland and comes back in wins and I admitted it would be the most painful painful way to be a Cubs fans well that's my hope those. That would be a very dark art I know I'm not gonna talk about that where in the night. I'm not talking about it those cups you know and I think it might admit it I'm going to be in nice some of B ten them upbeat and coast yet. He lets talk quick updates for the holidays and I love this piece that you brought in and I appreciate you doing that. Let's start with the kitchen. If if we're gonna refresher kitsch and prior to the holidays let's talk about some things we can do. Right so I color reef fresh. When you're not doing a major mile linked project right so that means I parts and pieces or as an old friend of mine used to say. Lipstick the pig. Okay and this so yeah this isn't. We're we're not talking about just do you know painting in the back while their their will tell but do some some things that you can do before the holidays 'cause you've got a good 45 weeks. So let's start with the with putting in the new countertop. Right so let's am new can't traps are always gonna make your kitchen look more apt today. And a lot of these refresh ideas are based on I am assuming that you're not changing out your planes that's because that's always a great way to make your kitchen looked fresh as well. So new counter caps. Whether you're gonna put in tile counter tops. Granite courts are high Def lamb then there's those are. Ford from price points right there when material what's your favorite and that are slow throughout the hell's gonna ask what join is the most popular one or now courts. Which is a debt courts is this guy you're favored to work with now I like granite and I like and it because its. The natural material you can see intuit has marked outs then the courts because that is a man made material out of natural products. Perfect. Come in I'm gonna get through these he's he's cut five or six minutes in this segment. I'm at tiles splash. Yeah tile back splash whether it's like a simple subway tile glass mosaic. Or custom blend of both great way to freshen up the look in your kitchen and add some color and design to what you already have. Yeah I just like what color when you're they've your trend to a quick change them you know write a peek into what calorie. I think measurable it. A lot of people are going lists in the courts materials are going with those white slash great tight colors a look like Ferreira marble. And that and then a white battle white subway tile back splash or as a dread that I know you're talking about as good as well later yet everything is right now everything is lighter. And that's its interest and his two years ago wasn't that way. Don't know two years ago a lot of Cooper won't dark cracked and outs it's back to light on adding new sink in a faucet. Nice easy way I mean relatively easy and expect inexpensive. Way to at Terry refresher kitchen. Right and it could be and you drop and stainless steel sink it could be a drop and one of that Blanco or the granite composite sinks. Those are my favorite sinks or if you're getting new granite or stone counter tops. Then doing an under mount saint because you get than the deeper doubled Deep Purple as well. You don't want to the number of foreign. And your chief here I think is in it. In it would be easy new cabinet hard were the tough part for Gallic muse are so many different options yeah. That it would take me until Thanksgiving to figure out which one knows can. Decide to. That's why you hire somebody like me I know I I won't give you like 34. Options that are gonna look that's what I've you know what I'm learning that I'm learning that that in your business. You know what it sometimes too much is is not good UG 34 options to look these are the four that I think would go great he can't go wrong pick one. Well I mean that's there's let's see here floor let's say I have four main hardware vendors. And each hardware vendor probably has pac ten thousands you think me. That's a lot to choose not allowed to still true whit what what a great designers gonna do is just. Will all lead down to a what do you what are the things that you like and what's gonna fit because. Measuring that that it's senator screw hole to center of screw ball on the backs and that door. Where your Kandahar it is so the you know it's a three and a quarter. It's a four it's a 33 court that you don't want out order there on size you do not error aren't the next thing you know your five grand down on hardware. You know I'll ask him is me different some under percent Irish their mothers may name is a fading which means that my final decision is always maybe. So that that hard work think just threw me when we re did the kitchen he just threw me it was so let's move on changed the floor. Again. They're there are some some some quicker and easier wasted to do this if you want to go right over the existing floor. But change in the four certainly whoa whoa refresh the kitchen. Definitely. Being new in Cheney. Aiming at tiny but knowing clean new and clean not stain the tough part is. In an in its funny to see Schmitz who are work with a told me the story she said all I did. I just wanted to bring a new table in toward tiny. And from bring in a new table in a small table not a big table small table. To all of a sudden now the pictures didn't want crank the Ku don't hall halls you can look right the floor wasn't. She said went from bring in this table went and having to re do my dining beat the dining room. Because nothing looked quite right that's the fear of for me unchanged in the four. That's why you hire designer like me. And LeMieux tied it all three all our other I can tell you had a few that you go to AB and K dot com. Or you call 4143291882. And Astra trees grow speech this is our weak call this I am in my family Paulie using your resources. That's good news your resource. I aiding K we are resource. That's perfect here last wondered for your two great break paint a walls cabinet Selig by the people PG cabinets. You have error because they ain't we have a lot of greets will would shops in our marketplace. That makes fantastic cabinets but let's say that they are golden oak and you know some people are tired of gold and oaks and people aren't but a lot of people aren't. One and then new trans right now that's. Emerging is more of agree wash on those oak cabinets. So you strip your candidates down and yet it's labor intensive but is something a lot of homeowners can do themselves. And you put agree agree wash stain. New new sink in Fossett yep right cute and wasted to get it going and not have. Not have to spend a ton of dough. Right and then your key points in your bathroom to make things look batter fancier pretty noon. Is framed Bears take on that plate glass sneered at the builder put up because those are alleys at least expensive near to put up. If you double sinks put up to Mears have them be framed the framed that can match your wouldn't they can't hit it doesn't have to it could be. It giveaway cabinet put up but Erik Kramer put a punt metallic framed. On hitting some new light fixtures new events decade that that really is it's like you know. Earrings. It just looks it looks pretty and gearing it looks greedy here I hit puts a dirty. But I think the new why dean is way if you soften and corporate it if you do new lights I think that's really important new cabinet are were again we're back to that and that gets me nervous and censure reserve my spine but. New cabinet hardware again. You can help with that. Absolutely and then the next thing on my list is in stuff have a nude tub door installed if you had a cast and Todd. While we can put a new door on if it's a fiberglass surrounds a little bit harder to match up that the holes a word that old screws came out in the news crews need to go and or install put up a new I'm curtain rod that he is that curved curtain rod and it really pretty shower curtain I am a big fan a shower curtains. Only because it's some color and pattern and when he gets gross you can get in and that's pretty. The guy in and what do per return to do that yet palm. I'll feel tubs does cast and paragraphs in the customs coming back. I think so. It's not my favorite I like the acrylic Thompson personally. Because he had then or if you with a solid cast angler holds Peter did a slump and then just and is on over there to make a comeback. They are. They're more expensive to install not that I think any Lee. People don't realize that just because it takes you know two or three guys at the second floor bathroom. And take two or three guys the hall at Palo upstairs. And that you know wrecked the stairs right as we don't want to repair the drywall or the plaster on your stairs. You know recall if you need them I'm so only nestled by a really big toe and he paid a bit ago in only have two guys credit brilliant up. And that I like all right I I like the acrylic tubs because thinking that they are more specious inside because there isn't are not. They're not cast like a. Look past and right it would about the lump all push our top you know he knows those bathrooms elderly. 23 shower heads and them. Benches and I'm learning. About that I now like all those the car wash hours they're still popular. Unreal people like highlight the cup I actually like the parent watch I you'd you'd do it's that the party an inch our Alia. And last out your sheet is paint Pete walls cabinet ceiling. Great washed old cues which is trendy right now we talk about Matt Craig yeah I.
